10-10-2013 & the Tide is High

Fall seasonal high tides in the Indian River Lagoon often flood the lower lying areas of the  Oslo Riverfront Conservation as pictured.  Be sure to wear appropriate footwear (hopefully water-proof), if you plan to visit the Observation Tower!
