Twenty-six people joined Dr. Richard Baker, Pelican Island Audubon Society (PIAS) President for a walk on the Sebastian River sponsored by the Friends of the St. Sebastian River and the PIAS.
Handsome oaks (Quercus virginiana), saw palmetto (Serenoa repens), and cabbage palms (Sabal palmetto) graced much of the trail.
